Who we are
Old Fashioned Express is a DBA of Bourbon City Trolley, LLC.
This Privacy Policy describes how Old Fashioned Express, operated by Bourbon City Trolley LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website or services.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, phone number, email address, and tour booking details, when you book a tour, submit an inquiry form, or opt in to receive communications from us. We may also collect limited technical information automatically, such as device and usage data, through cookies and similar tracking technologies.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and confirm bookings, send tour-related communications (such as confirmations, reminders, and meeting details), respond to inquiries, provide customer service, and — only where you have opted in — send promotional messages. We also use information to operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
SMS Communications & Consent
Old Fashioned Express uses SMS (text messaging) for transactional communications related to tour bookings and, where separately opted in, for marketing and promotional messages. Transactional messages may include booking confirmations, tour reminders, meeting location details, and important tour-related updates.
SMS consent is obtained when a customer voluntarily provides their mobile phone number during the booking or inquiry process and explicitly opts in by checking a consent checkbox on our website. Transactional and marketing consent are collected separately, and opting in is never required to book a tour or submit a form. Message frequency varies; transactional messages are typically limited to up to two (2) messages per booking.
Customers may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, customers may reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply depending on the user’s mobile carrier.
Customer phone numbers and SMS consent data are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Mobile Information Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Cookies & Tracking
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve functionality, analyze usage, and enhance your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards include secure systems, access controls, and internal procedures designed to protect customer data.
Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel and trusted service providers who require the information to perform operational and customer service functions. All such parties are required to handle personal information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information.
Accessing or Deleting Your Personal Information
Customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information at any time. This includes information provided during booking such as name, phone number, email address, and tour details.
To request access to or deletion of your data, please contact us using the information below. We will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to opt out of marketing communications.
