Louisville Trolley Wedding Packages

Our standard wedding packages fit the majority of our wedding clients, but through our exclusive partnership with Louisville Food Tours, we can do so much more (for instance, ask us about options for a progressive rehearsal dinner by trolley, or a bourbon tour for your wedding party).

Please note that pricing below does not include our standard 18% service fee which covers taxes, transaction fees and gratuities. Destinations outside of Jefferson County will also incur a distance fee. Please get in touch to request a quote!

From the moment you send your first inquiry to the moment your last guest steps off the trolley, you’re working with Sam. Sam comes from a wedding planning background, which means she doesn’t just book your charter, she thinks like a planner. She’ll ask the questions you didn’t know to ask, build your timeline, remember the small details, and might even be there in person on your wedding day just to make sure it all runs smoothly.

Our Classic Charter starts at $900 for 2 hours of charter time (the same price as chartering our trolley for any other event – we don’t charge extra just because it’s your wedding day!). We also offer bundled packages for longer rentals that include discounted hourly rates add-ons like our Trolley Toast Package and Trolley Decor Package. Request a quote and we’ll send our full wedding menu.

Our trolleys seat approximately 21 to 30 guests depending on the vehicle. One of our trolleys (Molly) seats up to 35 including standing room. For larger guest lists, we can coordinate multiple trolleys or run shuttle loops. You can take a look at each of our trolleys and their capacities on our Meet the Fleet page.

Yes! We have two upgrade packages available if you’d like to enjoy drinks with your crew onboard, starting at $200. The first package is BYOB: you bring everything you need (just please avoid glass cups, for safety reasons), and we’ll handle all the cleanup afterwards. We also offer a Trolley Toast Package, where we will provide a cooler, cups, ice, and bartending tools (you bring the drinks). We can’t provide any alcohol, but we’re happy to make recommendations. Our top picks are a champagne toast, a Mint Julep or Old Fashioned toast, or sipping on barrel-aged craft beer as Louisville rolls by.

Absolutely! We offer a Trolley Decor Package in partnership with Balloons & Blossoms Event Co. We will equip the trolley with balloon clusters, floral garlands, string lights, and/or custom banners or signage, all matched to your wedding colors. Please let us know when you get in touch that you’re interested in this package.

Please note that we work with a vetted and trusted event decorator because our trolleys are very particular in the ways that they can be decorated (everything MUST be fully remove-able, and play nicely with the historic materials). We also cannot allow anyone to access the trolleys in advance for decoration set up. For these reasons, any decor requests must go through us.

Yes, we have 2 handicap accessible trolleys equipped with wheelchair lifts and specialized seating for wheelchair users. Let us know your accessibility needs when you request a quote so we can plan accordingly. There is some setup involved, so without advanced notice, we cannot guarantee wheelchair accessibility.

Yes. We can travel to venues throughout Kentucky, but unfortunately we cannot go into Indiana (or any other states). A fee will apply for destinations outside of Jefferson County. Tell us where your venue is when you request a quote and we’ll include it in your pricing.

Louisville wedding season fills up fast, especially spring and fall Saturdays! We recommend reaching out 4-6 months ahead of your date, or as soon as you book your ceremony and reception venues.
