Old Fashioned Express provides guided trolley tours and related transportation experiences. When you book with us or inquire through our website, we may contact you with information related to your booking and, if you opt in, occasional promotional offers.
SMS Messaging
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 502-576-4695. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Customers who book a tour and opt in to receive SMS communications will receive transactional and informational text messages related to their booking. These messages include booking confirmations, reminder notifications sent prior to the scheduled tour date, and essential tour details such as meeting location, start time, and other important logistical information necessary to attend the tour. Customers may separately opt in to receive marketing and promotional messages, including special offers and announcements.
Messages are sent only to customers who have provided their phone number and opted in. Opt-in for marketing messages is never required to book a tour or use this website.
